The Proud Archivist Restaurant app for iPhone and iPad

The application primary scope is to extend traditional processes of interaction between a restaurant and its customers on to the mobile platform, optimize the processes of food ordering, table booking and loyalty systems in order to improve the information throughput, market coverage, provide more transparency on to the order, cash and customer flows in the business to the management or the owners.

The system represents a centralized service-oriented software, ready to be hosted in the cloud platform, and serve numerous mobile devices with the usual restaurant business content like: contact information, full restaurant menu, take-away menu, delivery menu, guest book and review ratings. In addition to these, the system will bring the interactive customer services like placing order delivery and table booking requests, notifying customers about the events and promotion, tracking customer orders and visits history using the latest technologies incorporated into the mobile devices: geolocation services, personal information management, integrated camera.

The system features the web-based interactive back office application with the secure access and data transfer which allows input, monitoring, processing and reporting the information received or sent to the customers mobile devices.

Both mobile and back office application will have modular component structure and customisable look and feel to “fit” businesses requirements.
